The assembly election in Karnataka is on the card and government had launched a program to issue voter id card online by submitting required documents. Here is the complete process to get online voter id card in Karnataka.

Advancing technology made many works easier and Karnataka Government utilizing this technology launched a joint effort in collaboration with an MNC to provide online voter id card to the residents of Karnataka and became the first state of India to do so.

The technical support will be provided by two renowned companies that is Microsoft and TCS for this and the eligible person will get their voter card online within a month after all the verification of the documents submitted online.

Procedure to get voter id card online in Karnataka

First of all log on to official site of Chief Electoral officer, Karnataka ie There will be a link of the officer,
then click on the link for online Form 6 application form and after giving your details like name, mail id and mobile no. you will get a unique user id and password. Fill the form and submit to your electoral office with following documents.
